This weekend retreat exposes participants to a variety of spiritual practices focused on developing intentional responses to change, using tools for spiritual reflection and action. 

“Discernment as a Tool for Leadership Development”
A workshop focused on understanding discernment in the Ignatian tradition and applying a variety of discernment practices in the workplace and in educational leadership settings. 

"Finding Our Common Ground"
A day-long workshop exploring organizational unity, purpose, and passion.  The focus is on identifying shared goals and experiences to increase morale, vision, and organizational health. 

“Engaging the Sacred: Spiritual Tools for Clinicians”
A monthly workshop and training for counselors and psychologists in spiritual care and practices for personal and professional development. 

"An Introduction to Intuition Energy Medicine: Foundations and Tools for Spiritual Directors"
A half day workshop introducing spiritual directors to the foundational principles of intuition energy medicine with method, practice, and application for spiritual direction.

“L’Arche Retreat”
A week-long retreat in spiritual reflection and service with persons living with disabilities in intentional faith based community.  Retreatants consider their own spiritual lives in light of developing relationships with community members and understanding L’Arche commitments and vision. 

“OAR: Outdoor Adventure Retreat”
A five-day retreat in nature engaging in outdoor challenges and spiritual growth focused on community building, core values, and personal exploration. 

“Bringing Safety to your Community: Making Sacred Spaces Safe”
A workshop for faith-based communities and organizations to learn how to make their communities safe, strong, and free! Primary focus on exploring theological abuse and toxic theology and moving toward creating non-violent communities. 

“Yo Puedo Decir No: I can Say No”
A training for at-risk youth in conflict resolution, non-violent communication, self-esteem and team building.  Designed originally for at-risk youth in Leon, Mexico 

“Leading with Soul”
A weekend leadership retreat for focused on understanding  varied expressions of leadership while challenging participants to engage the spiritual components of their leadership abilities.
